| Exchange Disseminated Time | Archies Ltd has informed BSE that UNICEF a world renowned UN Agency working in the field of Child education & welfare has appointed ARCHIES LIMITED as an exclusive Licensee to manufacture, retail and distribute UNICEF greeting cards and paper products in India.

"Archies Ltd, the leading producer of greeting cards and related gift products in India has been appointed as a licensing partner for UNICEF products in India. As part of the partnership Archies Ltd. will manufacture, retail and distribute UNICEF greeting cards and paper products. Royalty from these products will go to fund UNICEF's programs in India.
Archies Ltd. would undertake printing, at their own integrated manufacturing cum warehouse of approximately 3.5 acre campus located at Manesar. This is backed by a fully equipped state of the art design studio and FSC certifications in place to ensure the printing and distribution is in order.
The UNICEF products being launched by Archies Ltd. will include everyday greeting cards, season's greetings, calendars and diaries. Archies Ltd. will be selling these products through Company owned and operated stores which includes Archies Galleries and Hallmark Stores and through franchises, retail sales network and to institutional clients.
UNICEF, in turn will support Archies Ltd. to strengthen its commitment towards a positive contribution to the world's communities and environment and provide support to achieve its corporate social responsibility and business objectives.
