| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM} of the Company held on January 04, 2012, immediately after the conclusion of the Court Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company at the Cinemax Theaters, Eagles Flight, Behind Gurunanak Petrol Pump, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400093 transacted following Special business as set out in the Notice calling the EGM:
1. Reduction in the face value and paid up value of equity shares from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/- per share.
2. Utilization of Securities Premium Account of the Company pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement.
All the above special resolutions were carried out by the members unanimously. |
