The Postal Ballot Notice and the Postal Ballot forms has been uploaded on the website of the Company.
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we enclose the Postal Ballot Notice and the form being sent to the equity shareholders of the Company.
Further the results of the Postal Ballot shall be declared by the Company on 28th August, 2017. Accordingly, Please find enclosed Newspaper advertisement published in Finanacial Express and Gavkari. Request you to kindly take note of the same.
