Further Ms. Honey Sharma, tendered her resignation which was accepted by the Board in the meeting held on May 29, 2014 and has appointed Ms. Divya Rai, Company Secretary, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. She is expected to join the Company w.e.f. June 02, 2014.
The board also considered, took note and ratified the letter bearing dated May 26, 2014 wherein the Company had informed the stock exchanges its inability to submit the Audited financial results for the Financial Year 2013-14. |
