As per the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders read with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from July 29, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of Board Meeting of the Company for FY 2016-17 scheduled to be held on August 09, 2016. |
