In reference to your mail dt. 18th Jan 2018, we inform you that we have already filed unaudited financial result on 6th December 2017 vide transaction number 0612201705522633 in XBRL and PDF format. However we are again resubmitting unaudited financial result for the quarter ended 30th September 2017 as instruction given by your Rakesh Parekh we are furnishing the same as per IND-AS format in accordance with schedule III of Company Act 2013 for your kind attention.
We also inform you that there is no effect on profit / loss due to adopting IND-AS, Which we have shown in the reconciliation in the attachment herewith.
