1. To adopt & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. To fix time, date and venue for convening the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and to consider the businesses to be transacted thereat.
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 03, 2016 and would open on August 16, 2016, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public. |
