The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, 5th February, 2018 has approved the unaudited standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board Meeting started on Monday, 5th February, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. and ended at 4.30 p.m. on the same day.
