| Exchange Disseminated Time | Plastiblends India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter-alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2015 and Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date;
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, in respect of the Financial year 2014-2015;
3. To approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 prepared in terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement;
4. To consider and approve other corporate reports forming part of the forthcoming Annual Report- 2014-15.
Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 to May 29, 2015. |
