| Exchange Disseminated Time | Makers Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 10, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Balance Sheet of the Company as on March 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss account for the year ended on that date and reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Payment of dividend on the equity shares.
3. Re-appointment of Dr. Rajeshwar Singh and Mr. S V Loyalka as the Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Agarwal & Mangal, Chartered Accountants as the Auditors of the Company to hold office till the date of conclusion of the next AGM. |
