| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2015, has appointed Ms. Nikita Bahl as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2015.
Further, in terms of Regulation 8 and 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 read with the SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015; the Company confirm the formulation of the Code of Practices and Procedures of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (“Code of Fair Disclosure”) and the same has been published on the website of the Company. The Company has formulated the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. |
