| Exchange Disseminated Time | I-Power Solutions India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2011, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:
1. The audited Balance Sheet of the Company as on March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 with the Reports of the Directors’ and the Auditors thereon were approved and adopted.
2. Mr. D. Ravichandra Babu was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company.
3. Mr. W. S. Madhavann, B.Sc, FCA, Charted Accountant Chennai has been appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company. |
