| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cinevista Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following business:
- To consider, approve and take on record pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement / the Company's Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended at December 31, 2014 for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 06, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
