- Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Issues, (Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 to issue upto 2 Crore warrants convertible in one or more tranches into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company, on preferential basis to the Promoters/Promoter Group of the Company. |
