The Trading Window shall remain closed from November 10, 2014 to November 18, 2014 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2014 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
