With reference to the above captioned subject, the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on August 9, 2017 at 3.00 pm at M.C. Ghia Hall, Bhogilal Hargovindas Bldg., 4th floor, 18/20, K. Dubash Marg, Mumbai 400 001.
