Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that May 15, 2015 has been fixed as the Specified Date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders who shall be entitled to participate (i.e., nominate, contest and vote) in the Election of ONE Director of Bank of Baroda, to be elected by the Shareholders other than the Central Government from amongst themselves, to be conducted pursuant to Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Bank to be held at Vadodara (Gujarat).
