- Identified AMIF I Ltd, a Company incorporated under Mauritius law and having its registered / principal office at Port Louis, Mauritius as the financial investor to whom the Company shall, subject to necessary approvals and execution of definitive documents, make a Preferential Allotment of 1,600,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, at a price of Rs 315/- per Equity Share. |
