| Exchange Disseminated Time | Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on November 28, 2011, has allotted equity shares of Rs. 27.20 lacs, on preferential basis, to M/s. Brescon Corporate Advisors Limited (Brescon), pursuant to the directions given by Board For Industrial And Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) vide its order dated November 03, 2011 and special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 12, 2011.
The Committee has directed that the consequential effect to the BIFR order dated November 03, 2011, be also given. |
