| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Pitti Laminations Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2013, inter alia, to approve the issue of shares and share warrants by its subsidiary, Pitti Castings Pvt Ltd (PCPL) and to issue notice to the members of the company pursuant to section 192A(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2011 and in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) SAST Regulations, 2011 in respect of the said issue of shares and share warrants by PCPL. |
