Further the Register of members and Share Transfer Register of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday the 21st September, 2017 to Thursday the 28th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) to comply with the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and with Rule 10 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
