| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall be closed from August 11, 2015 to August 17, 2015 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on August 18, 2015. |
