LLP (Firm Registration Number 324982E/E300003), as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company till the conclusion of 26th AGM of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, in place of M/s. Ashok Kumar, Prabhashankar & Co., Chartered Accountants, in compliance with the provisions for mandatory rotation of auditors under the Companies Act, 2013.
