This is to inform you that the Company has fixed Tuesday, 5th September, 2017 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members / shareholders, to cast their vote electronically / remote e-voting, in respect of all the items of the Business as indicated in the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 12th September, 2017. The Company would be availing e-voting from Central Depository Services (India) Limited ('CDSL'). The details of the same is as under:
1. Date & Time of commencement of e-voting:Friday,8th September,2017 (10.00 A.M.).
2. Date and Time of end of e-voting: Monday, 11th September, 2017 (5.00 P.M.).
3. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 P.M. on 11th September, 2017.
