| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement regarding holding of Annual General Meeting on August 30, 2011, Genesys International Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some unavoidable exigencies, the 29th Annual General Meeting has been postponed and shall now be held on September 22, 2011.
However, the book closure period would remain the same i.e. from August 20, 2011 to August 30, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
Subsequently, the Dividend on Equity Shares, if approved, at the Annual General Meeting will be credited / dispatched on or before October 03, 2011 to those Members or their Mandates whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members and to the beneficial owners whose particulars are furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited. |
