1. Policy on Preservation of Documents
2. Policy on Determination of Materiality of Information/ Events.
3. Policy on Archival of Information displayed on the Website of the Company
The Company have uploaded the policies under S.No. 2 & 3 on its website -www.gulfoilcorp.com. Also, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized the Managing Director, in consultation with CFO of the Company, for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information under the aforesaid Regulations. The Board has further authorized severally the Managing Director (MD) and the Company Secretary (CS) for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) as aforesaid. |
