1. The Board of Directors of the Company, have approved the draft of the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Akasaka Electronics Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, with the Company.
2. Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Key Managerial Personnel are severally authorized for the purpose of determining the materiality of any event or on information and for the purpose of making the disclosures to the Stock Exchanges(s). |
