Mr. S R Ramakrishnan (DIN 00015839) intimating his inability to continue in the Board of the Company due his health conditions and the Directors of the Company have approved the same vide CR-3-129 dated 27th October 2017 considering his health conditions.
The Company is in the process of filing DIR-12 eform intimating Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Chennai and request the Stock Exchanges vide this letter to make note of the said change and resignation of Mr. Ramakrishnan as the Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Company.
It is further informed that Mr. P D Karandikar (DIN -02142050) existing Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company was requested to take over the position of Chairman of the Board, to which he has kindly acceded to.
Kindly take on record the change in the composition of the Board of Directors as mentioned above.
The list showing directors as on date is attached.
