1. To consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company on March 24, 2016 and will remain closed upto May 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. |
