1. Approved the appointment of M/s. BSR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, a member of KPMG, as the Joint Auditor of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders, which the Company intends to seek by Postal Ballot
2. M/s. BSR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, shall be entitled to hold the office of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company up to the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
