India Glycols Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by insiders, the "Trading Window" for insiders for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from November 25, 2016 to December 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
