| Exchange Disseminated Time | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Right Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company after reviewing the subscription details received from Registrar to the Issue, at their Meeting held on April 08, 2013, has decided to extend the Right issue closure date from April 13, 2013 to April 27, 2013 in order to provide extended window to shareholders to subscribe in the Right Issue of the Company in terms of the Letter of Offer/Abridged Letter of Offer dated March 06, 2013 issued by the Company to its shareholders.
The Shareholders may now submit duly filled in Composite Applications Forms (CAFs) along with applications monies up to April 27, 2013 in the manner as specified in the Letter of Offer/Abridged Letter of Offer.
The Committee also decided to inform the above to Lead Manager to the Issue and Registrar to the issue to take appropriate action in this regard. |
