Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 05th February, 2018 till 48 hours (i.e., 14th February, 2018) after the approval of financial results in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th February, 2018.
