| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors' Report, Auditors' Report, Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 of the Company.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Gopal Patodia, Shri. G J Mirchandani & Shri. Pratap P Dundh as Directors of the Company, (retiring by rotation).
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Lodha & Co. as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and to authorize Board to fix their remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Shri. K K Patodia as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of thee years with effect from October 01, 2009 to September 30, 2012 along with the remuneration proposed.
5. Re-appointment of Shri. Narayan Patodia as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of thee years with effect from January 01, 2010 to December 31, 2012 along with the remuneration proposed. |
