| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/05/2016 15:31:45 | With reference to the earlier letter dated April 02, 2016, Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has filed the Certified Copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta dated March 31, 2016 sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Anjaney Alloys Limited with Maithan Alloys Limited and their respective shareholders with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on May 04, 2016.
Accordingly, the Scheme became operative from May 04, 2016 and effective from April 01, 2015 ('Appointed date') pursuant to clause 2.1 of the Scheme. |
