| Exchange Disseminated Time | Infomedia 18 Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received an executed copy of the sanctioning order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated December 09, 2011 approving the Scheme of arrangement between Network18 Media & Investments Ltd. and Infomedia 18 Ltd. and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
A certified copy of the Order is awaited. The Effective Date of the Scheme will be the date on which the said certified copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court is filed with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana in accordance with applicable law. |
