| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have approved the following businesses:
1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sharad C Jariwala, Mr. R S Patel and Dr. Dinesh M Amin as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Mahendra Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as the new Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. H V Vasa & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
