The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 21st September, 2017 to 27th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) under section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, for the purpose of the 55th Annual General Meeting, i.e. the AGM for the year 2017, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th September 2017 and also for determining the entitlement of the dividend recommended by the Board of Directors for the year ended 31st March 2017.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th May 2017, while approving the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017, have recommended a dividend of Re.0.50/- (i.e.5%) per equity share on equity share capital of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2017.
