| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/10/2015 18:41:15 | Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 25, 2015 has approved to change the financial year of the Company from 1st January to 31st December (12 months) every year to 1st April to 31st March (12 months) every year in accordance with the provisions to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Accordingly, the Company will prepare the financials for 15 months for current year from 1st January, 2015 to 31st March, 2016 and to submit unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and will also submit the audited financial results for the last quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. |
