| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 13:39:13 | Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company’s securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
