| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/02/2017 17:02:31 | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia:
1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended December 31, 2016;
2. To consider and approve additional fund raising option by way of issuance of equity shares on preferential basis; and
3. To obtain shareholders' approval for issuance of equity shares on preferential basis by way of postal ballot.
Further, as per the “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall be closed from February 06, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on February 13, 2017. |
