2. To consider the revision in remuneration of person appointed at Office in Place of Profit u/s 314 of the Companies Act, 1956
3. To fix date, time and venue for the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2011 - 2012.
5. To recommend dividend on Preference Shares, if any.
