| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/12/2016 19:54:22 | Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Finance Committee of the Board has on December 09, 2016, allotted 15,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds in the nature of Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at par to the identified investor(s) on Private Placement basis, for an amount of Rs. 1,500 crores (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred crores only).
The aforesaid Bonds will be issued in dematerialised form and will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. |
