| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the sub-committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2007, has approved the following:
1. Allotted 24,57,026 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 77.50 per share consequent to the conversion of warrants issued earlier to the following shareholders:
a. P Chakradhar Reddy: 12,85,597 equity shares
b. Pioneer Earth Movers Pvt Ltd: 171,429 equity shares
3. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala: 10,00,000 equity shares
2. Allotted 471,250 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90.00 per share consequent to the conversion of warrants issued earlier to the following shareholders:
a. Adit Mehta: 325,000 equity shares
b. Vijay Sanmukhhdas Israni & Indru Vijay Israni: 146,250 equity shares. |
