| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shivam Autotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Management of the Company has performed Bhoomi Poojan on November 28, 2007 at Plot No. 3, Industrial Park 2, Phase I, Village Salempur, Tehsil Mehdood, District Haridwar (Uttarakhand) for the launch of the Company's Haridwar Project.
The Haiidwar Project being set up at a total Cost of Rs 170 Crores is likely to become operational by April 2008. The Project is being set up to cater to the increased requirements of the existing customers and to cater to new business and customers. The Company would also be availing of the various fiscal incentives announced by the Government for the industrial units being set up in tile state of Uttarakhand. |
