| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4 pm on October 27, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the quarterly and half-yearly financial results are made public on November 05, 2014. |
