| Exchange Disseminated Time | Greycells Education Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2014, to consider matters relating to raising of funds through issue of equity shares on preferential allotment basis as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 including matters related/incidental thereto amongst other matter.
Further, as per the ‘Greycells Education Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from March 26, 2014 to April 01, 2014 for all the Designated Employees and Directors of the Company for the purpose of issue of further equity shares to promoter and promoter group of the Company on preferential allotment basis. |
