| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2016 18:25:22 | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 05, 2016, at 5.00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company located at D-601/602 & G-601/602, Lotus Corporate Park, Graham Firth Steel Compound, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 400 063, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 alongwith note of the Limited Review Report for the said period.
Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for seven days prior to Board Meeting for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from July 29, 2016 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
