The necessary negotiations with the Owners of the Plant are in process.
We will submit necessary disclosures in prescribed format as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 upon the finalization of the deal.
