| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 04, 2015 to February 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on February 13, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
